As a newly established real estate developer with strong family-driven values, Orma required more than a visual identity. The challenge was to define a coherent strategic foundation capable of translating the company’s beliefs, long-term vision, and development philosophy into tangible market positioning and operational consistency. Without structured systems governing how projects would be conceived, presented, and communicated, there was risk of fragmentation between brand intention, architectural delivery, and customer perception across future developments.
nineyards worked closely with the founders to deeply understand the principles, family culture, and long-term ambitions behind the business before defining the brand architecture. We developed the Orma identity system and positioning framework around concepts of thoughtful living, family life, architectural coherence, and long-term value creation. Beyond the brand itself, we helped structure how future enterprise developments should be built, communicated, and introduced to market. This included defining strategic principles for project presentation, conceptual direction, communication consistency, and development governance across the entire value chain. Our intervention extended beyond branding deliverables into the operational logic surrounding enterprise launches, helping ensure that architecture, communication, customer experience, and commercial positioning remained aligned under a unified strategic framework.

Orma established a structured foundation for long-term growth with clearer positioning, stronger internal alignment, and greater consistency between brand values and development execution. The implementation of development and communication governance systems created a scalable framework for future enterprise launches while protecting the integrity and coherence of the Orma brand as the company expands.
